• At least 3 years of work experiences in Marketing Admin, Sales Admin, Office Admin, or Secretary.

Job Descriptions:
• Can speak English well in order to communicate with customer via email & phone as well as Expatriate Sales Team.
• Daily coordinate with the involve departments
• Prepare & keep filling of Marketing documents
• Providing and Support for all sales activities in preparation of correspondence, contracts and proposals.
• Answering general e-mails, incoming calls, coordinate and take care customers.
• Preparing the sales related documents such as quotation, sales order, purchase order, sales records including others sales related documents.
• Coordinate and follow up with related parties to ensure that products are ready to deliver according to their schedules. Immediately inform sales staff and/or coordinate with customers for any problems of delivery.
• Coordinate with internal staff for any matters related to sales activities.
• Coordinate for sales meeting, training and special events.
• Arrange travel arrangement (Plus visa) both domestic and international
• Administrative assignments as assigned
